Tenders are invited for Procurement of External Audit Services - DRA Lebanon Joint Response 2026. Closing Date: Tuesday, 22. Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth War Child is the lead party of the DRA Lebanon Joint Response 2026. The Joint Response is implemented by six consortium members and their local implementing partners. Under the signed addendum, the total grant is EUR 6,000,000 and the consolidated final financial report and meta-audit report are due to Foundation DRA no later than 12 January 2027. War Child invites qualified, independent audit firms to submit proposals for the individual consortium-member audits and the consolidated agreed-upon procedures assignment described below. One audit firm is expected to coordinate the full assignment and provide a consistent audit package, while respecting each consortium members statutory residence and applicable audit requirements. How to apply Bidder proposal requirements Bidders shall submit a technical proposal and a separately identifiable financial proposal containing: Email Subject: " DRA Lebanon Joint Response 2026" , any other subject will lead to disqualification. Technical Proposal: understanding of the assignment and explicit confirmation of compliance with the DRA Audit Protocol; methodology for the six ISA 800/805 audits, local-partner coverage and the consolidated ISRS 4400 procedures; proposed reliability, materiality, sampling and multi-location approach; detailed workplan aligned to the firm deadlines and a clear list of assumptions/dependencies; team structure, names, roles, professional qualifications, CVs and availability; at least three relevant references and evidence of firm registration/professional standing; signed declarations of independence, confidentiality, conflicts of interest and absence of prohibited practices; Financial Proposal: a fixed-fee breakdown by consortium member, local-partner work, consolidated ISRS 4400 assignment, travel, taxes and other reimbursable costs, with total price in EUR.
