Expression of Interest for Consulting Services - Firms for Climate Disaster Risk Profiles for Four Pilot Districts The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), as the Executing Agency, now invites eligible to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualification. The Expression of Interest must clearly indicate the form and nature of the association. In the case of a joint venture, all members shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract if selected, and the submission shall identify the lead member and all other members.
