Tenders Are Invited For Strategic Consultancy, Development And Operation Of Online Services

The Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority Must Enter Into An Agreement With A Collaboration Partner And Total Supplier For Strategic Advice, Development And Operation Of The Norwegian Consumer Protection Authoritys Online Services. The Agreement Will Be In Three Parts:1) Provide Strategic Advice Related To User-Friendliness, Operation, Development And Improvement Ofwebsites. The Advice Will Primarily Be About How We Can Create Better Digitalservices For The Users, But Will Also Be Able To Deal With Advice Relating To All Ourchannels, Content Production And Other Related Needs.2) Operate And Further Develop Existing Websites.3) Develop New Websites - Alternatively Restructure The Existing Website - Which In The Long Run Shouldreplace One Or More Of The Existing Websites. A New Website Must Then Be Operated Andwill Be Further Developed During The Agreement Period.It Is Important For The Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority That The Supplier Takes An Active Role In The Development And Improvement Of The Websites With Associated Strategic Advice.
