Work Detail
The Work Mainly Includes The Renovation Of Approx. 840 M2 (Approx. Measure Horizontal Projection) Roof Down To Suspended Ceiling. Roof Tiles, Laths, Bow Laths Must Be Removed And New Laid. A Robust Vapor-Open Membrane Must Be Laid On The Existing False Ceiling. If The False Ceiling Has Moisture Damage Or Is Bad For Other Reasons, It Must Be Replaced. Any Replacement Of The Sub-Ceiling Will Be Settled After Elapsed Time And Materials. Furthermore, Everything From Wind Scoops, Plumb Boards, Gutters, Downspouts, Sluice Fittings And Other Fittings Must Be Replaced. Ventilation Caps Including Lead Must Be Replaced. The Skylight Is Removed In Its Entirety And The Tight Outer Roof Is Rebuilt.
