Control Service For The Implementation Of The Reus Smart Mobility And Security Project Of License Plate Reader Systems For The Control And Improvement Of Sustainable Mobility And Road Safety..The Object Of The Present Tender Is The Contracting Of The Services Corresponding To The Established In Section 2.1.1 Of The Project And Technical Specification Of The “Reus Smart Mobility And Security Project”, Which Are The Faculties, Services And Responsibilities Of The Execution Control During The Implementation Phase Of The Estimated Project In The Next 4 Months:- Develop The Execution Control Tasks And Correct Implementation Of The “Reus Project” Smart Mobility And Security, And On The Form And Conditions Under Which The Implementation Of Each Unit Of The Project Will Have To Be Carried Out. It Will Be His Responsibility To Direct And Supervise All The Work Carried Out, Either Directly Or Through His Representatives, Exercising A Complete And Indisputable Technical Authority, Even In Those Aspects Not Explicitly Contemplated, And In Relation To Both The People And The Material Means Involved.- All The Installations Included In The Implementation Of The Project Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Terms And Instructions Issued By The Execution Control, Which Will Resolve The Questions Related To The Interpretation Of Terms And Conditions Of Execution, Providing The Contractor With All The Necessary Information To Guarantee The Correct Development Of The Implementation Of The Project.- Before The Start Of The Implementation Of The Project, Its Review Will Take Place In All Aspects, With The Presence Of The Execution Control And The Contractor Or The Persons Who Delegates, Signing The Corresponding Act That Will Leave Formal Evidence Of It.- You Will Have To Carry Out All The Necessary Acts And Certifications: Initial Dereplanning Act, Execution Acts, Monthly Certifications Or Accreditation Documents Of The Service Performed, Etc. Additionally, You Will Also Have To Carry Out The Tasks Provided For In The Particular Administrative Clauses.
