The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Lawfully Contract A Supplier(S) To Supply, Implement, Host, Manage, Configure And Support A Real Estate Management Application And A Software Solution For Educational Housing. The Intended Application(S) Should Optimally Support The Municipality In The Management Of Municipal Real Estate And Educational Housing. Lot 1: The Solution Must Support The Municipality In The Integral Management Of The Municipal Real Estate Portfolio And The Implementation Of The Associated Operational, Administrative, Financial And Policy Processes. The Software Must Facilitate The Entire Real Estate Management Processes, Including Managing Property Data, Contracts, Maintenance, Operation, Sustainability, Finance And Reporting. Lot 2: The Solution Must Support The Municipality In The Integrated Management Of Educational Facilities And Cooperation With School Boards. The Software Must Facilitate The Entire Administrative And Policy Processes Surrounding Educational Housing, Including Processing Applications, Supporting Decision-Making Processes, Managing Real Estate Data And Providing Management Information.
