The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Renovation Task Called Renovation Of The Electrical Installation And Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In Residential Pavilion D In The Remand Center In Lublin, Consisting In The Replacement Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations In Accordance With The Available Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Completed In One Stage. The Order Covers The Entire Task Titled: Renovation Of The Electrical Installation And Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In Residential Pavilion D At The Remand Center In Lublin. Summary Of Works Related To The Implementation Of The Entire Investment Task Titled: Renovation Of The Electrical Installation With The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In Residential Pavilion D In The Remand Center In Lublin And The Contractors Obligations Are Detailed In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 9. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Technical Design For The Renovation Of The Electrical Installation With The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System In Residential Pavilion D In The Remand Center In Lublin; 2) Bill Of Quantities; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 3. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Requirements Contained In The Above Documents. 4. The Words Or Equivalent Are Added To Each Of The Company Names, Trademarks, Etc. Listed In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Constituting Annexes To This Specification). The Ordering Party Understands Technical Solutions, Materials Or Devices With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Descriptions. All Goods Specified In The Documentation And Originating From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That They Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Propose The Use Of Materials And Equipment Equivalent To Those Described In The Terms Of Reference. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Goods (Materials And Devices) Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party (Equivalence Criteria). Construction Products Should Meet The Requirements Resulting From Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Pn-En (Harmonized Standards). The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming Permission To Use/Install All Materials Used (Certificates, Technical Approvals, Quality Certificates And Other Necessary Documents).
