Part 1 - Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Locker Rooms At The Sports Hall.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Locker Rooms At The Sports Hall.2) The Scope Of Works Includes: - Dismantling Sanitary Installations, - Construction Works, - Installation Of Water Supply Installations, - Installation Of Sanitary Sewage Installations, - Installation Of Central Heating Installations, - Installation Of Ventilation Installations, - Electrical Works, - Purchase And Installation Of Equipment (Cabinets, Benches, Hangers).3) The Material Scope Of The Contract Works Is Determined By Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Be The Only Basis For Preparing The Offer.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise The Greatest Care To Prepare The Offer Correctly, And In Particular To Reliably Calculate The Offer Price Adequate For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.5) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Make A Local Visit To The Site Of The Planned Construction Works In Order To Become Familiar With The Conditions Of Implementation Of The Project. An On-Site Visit Can Be Made No Later Than The Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, From Monday To Friday, 9.00-14.00. An On-Site Visit May Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Contact Person Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz Regarding The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Explanations During The On-Site Visit; The Visit Is Intended To Show The Construction Works Area. The Contractor Carries Out An On-Site Visit At His Own Expense.6) The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Involving The Performance Of Water Supply, Sanitary, Ventilation And Electrical Works. 7) Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz).
