1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Municipal Road - Ul. Złota In Olsztynek, On A 391 Meter Long Section, Including The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Street Lighting And The Execution Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Road Infrastructure. The Investment Is Aimed At Improving Transport Accessibility, Increasing The Safety Of Road Users And Raising The Standard Of Technical Infrastructure In The Olsztynek Commune.2. Information Regarding Co-Financing. Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Złota In Olsztynek Is Covered By Contract No. 28/2026/A/216/85 Of August 19, 2026 For Co-Financing Of An Annual Task Under The Government Road Development Fund.3. Existing Conditionzłota Street In Olsztynek Is A Local Municipal Road, Serving Mainly The Traffic Of Residents Of Adjacent Single-Family Buildings And Providing Access To The Property. Currently, The Road Has An Improved Ground Surface, The Technical Condition Of Which Is Unsatisfactory. There Are Numerous Irregularities, Ruts, Defects And Potholes, Causing Difficulties In Vehicle And Pedestrian Traffic. During Periods Of Rainfall, Ponding Water And Puddles Form On The Surface, Which Lead To The Washing Out Of The Aggregate And Accelerate The Degradation Of The Road Structure. In Winter, The Formation Of Ice And Glaciation Significantly Impairs The Safety Of Users. The Road Does Not Have A Drainage System. The Lack Of Stormwater Drainage Causes Uncontrolled Flow Of Rainwater On The Surface, Which Results In Erosion Of The Substructure And Progressive Damage To The Road. The Street Is Not Equipped With Street Lighting, Which Limits Visibility After Dark And Increases The Risk Of Road Accidents. Pedestrians, Including Children And Elderly People, Who Use The Road To Access Properties And The Citys Main Communication Routes Are Particularly At Risk. Moreover, The Road Does Not Have Hardened Shoulders Or Separated Pedestrian Routes, Which Forces Pedestrians To Travel On The Road Together With Car Traffic, Posing A Threat To Traffic Safety.4.
