Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Kosakowo Water Treatment Plant With A New Retention Tank For Treated Water In The Design And Build Formula

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Expansion Of The Kosakowo Water Treatment Plant With A New Treated Water Retention Tank Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Increase The Retention Capacity Of The Kosakowo Water Treatment Station By Building A New Treated Water Retention Tank With A Nominal Capacity Of 100 M³, Cooperating With The Existing Technological System Of The Station Along With The Entire Technological, Measurement And Control Infrastructure, Integrated With The Existing Kosakowo Water Treatment Station.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program And The Ordering Partys Guidelines, In Accordance With The Current Legal Status. Design Documentation Should Cover All Industries Necessary To Implement The Investment. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Technological Works Up To Commissioning, Including The Performance Of The Required Tests And Examinations And Handing Over The Facility For Use, Provision Of Supplies Necessary To Obtain Full Functionality Of The Designed Facility In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Employers Requirements And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Along With Obtaining By The Contractor A Permit To Use The Facility And/Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of The Works Issued By The District Supervision Inspector Construction In The Scope Of The Order, And Providing Authors Supervision On The Construction Site During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of Construction Law.3.As Part Of The Design Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform A Site Visit And Analyze And Assess The Existing Condition, 2) Perform Geodetic Measurements And Inventory Necessary For Design, 3) Conduct Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil, 4) Develop Complete Design Documentation In All Required Industries, 5) Perform Structural, Technological, Hydraulic And Electrical Calculations, 6) Obtain All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, 7) Develop Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 8) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary For Acceptance Of The Investment. Design Documentation Should Constitute A Complete Basis For The Execution Of Works Without The Need To Prepare Additional Studies.4.The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1) Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, 2) Execution Of Earthworks, 3) Construction Of The Foundation For The Designed Tank, 4) Delivery And Assembly Of A Steel Retention Tank, 5) Construction Of Technological Installations With Fittings, 6) Construction Of Measurement And Automation Systems, 7) Integration Of The Designed Devices With The Existing Suw Control System, 8) Execution Of The Necessary Electrical Installations, 9) Reconstru
