The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Bridge Structure Located Along The Municipal Road 109797D In Radzimów Górne (Division No. 426 And 431, District Of Radzimów), Damaged As A Result Of Flooding. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Facility In Its Current Location, Including:• Complete Demolition Of The Existing Stone Bridge;• Construction Of Foundation Excavations And Working Drainage;• Removal Of Uncontrolled Embankments And Loosened Soil In The Foundation Outline;• Construction Of Sub-Base Concrete And A Monolithic Foundation-Bottom Slab;• Construction Of Abutments, Arch, End Walls And Bridge Zone;• Construction Of Groynes Or Cut-Off Ribs At The Edges Of The Slab;• Execution Of Stone Façade Cladding;• Execution Of Insulation, Pavement Layers, Drainage And Equipment For The Bridge. Accompanying And Protective Works: - Reconstruction Of Damaged Access Roads To The Bridge In Sections Necessary To Restore The Functionality Of The Facility; - Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
