Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery -Development Of Complete Design Documentation

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And A Nursery In The Town Of Iwkowa, Iwkowa Commune, Brest Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Based On The Functional And Utility Program For The Project In Question, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Etc. Necessary To Obtain A Valid Or Final Building Permit And Developing A Construction Design, Detailed Design, Investors Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Construction Law, The Public Procurement Law And All Other Relevant Legal Provisions And All Requirements Of Polish Standards In Force In This Regard And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, To The Full Scope Specified In The Content Of This Contract And Its Annexes, Without Defects, In Accordance With Its Intended Use Specified In The Contract And Its Annexes. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Valid Or Final Building Permit. If The Administrative Body Is Requested To Supplement The Design Documentation Or Remove Its Deficiencies, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Required Activities Without Additional Remuneration, Provided That They Result From Defects In The Documentation Or Non-Compliance With Applicable Regulations. 4. If Circumstances Are Revealed That May Affect The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Contract, The Cost Of The Planned Investment, The Possibility Of Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions Or The Adopted Design Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately, No Later Than Within 7 Days Of Receiving The Information, Inform The Ordering Party About It Along With A Proposal Of Possible Solutions.5.The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Solutions That May Lead To An Increase In Investment Costs, Extension Of The Work Implementation Time, Operational Difficulties Or An Increase In Facility Maintenance Costs, Presenting - If Possible - Alternative Solutions Along With Their Assessment.6.Pursuant To Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People.
