The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field And Small Architectural Elements In Popowice, Which Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Existing Multi-Purpose Sports Field And Small Architectural Elements, Including: A) Dismantling And Preparatory Works, B) Laying A 13 Mm Thick Spray-Type Polyurethane Surface, C) Equipping The Field With Sports Elements, D) Installing Ball Catches, E) Installing Small Architectural Elements, Including: Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Rack, Regulation Board, 2) Hardening And Drainage Of The Area, Including: A) Hardening Of The Area Around The Pitch, B) Hardening Of The Entrance, C) Drainage. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Includes, Among Others: Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb. In The Remaining Scope, The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Regulated By The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractors Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration, Not Subject To Verification, As A Result Of Which The Need To Perform Work Without Which The Subject Of The Order Could Not Be Completed And Which The Contractor Had Not Previously Anticipated Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration - It Will Not Constitute Grounds For Increasing The Price Specified In The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Partial Payments. The Minimum Quality And Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Subject Of The Order Is 48 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Works - The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Warranty And Guarantee Period Starts From The Date Of Completion Of The Works, And The Warranty And Warranty Periods Run Simultaneously. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Insure The Construction Site, Property And Construction Works In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In § 11 Of The Draft Agreement.
