The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Columbarium At The Municipal Cemetery In Istebna And The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of 10 Prefabricated Columbariums In The Municipal Cemetery In Istebna, Located On Plots No. 940/3 And 940/4, Istebna District, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Decision On The Construction Permit, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Preparatory, Surveying And Earthworks, Ground Stabilization And Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Delivery And Installation Of Prefabricated Columbaria, Execution Of Sandstone Cladding And Slabs Closing The Urn Niches, Hardening Of The Area, Construction Of Accompanying Greenery, Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Fence And Execution Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. In Total, 10 Sets Of Columbaria With 174 Urn Niches Should Be Constructed. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Municipal Cemetery Entered In The Register Of Monuments, While Maintaining The Requirements Resulting From Conservation Protection And Ensuring The Safety And Continuity Of Operation Of The Cemetery. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials That Meet The Requirements Of The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations, And To Provide Complete As-Built Documentation And Documents Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law Upon Acceptance.
