The Indication Of A Manufacturer Or Type Of Device Is Not Intended To Favor Any Particular Manufacturer Of Air Conditioning Equipment.7.The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices, Materials Or Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That The Proposed Solution: 1) Has Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than The Devices Indicated, For Example, In The Documentation, 2) Is Compatible With The Entire Designed System And Enables Proper Cooperation Of All Elements Of The Installation, 3) Allows For The Installation To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Standards Referred To In The Technical Documentation, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 4) Does Not Require Changes In The Design Documentation Or Obtaining Additional Arrangements, Unless The Ordering Party Expresses Its Consent.
