The Subject Of The Task Is The Construction Of A Pump Track With An Asphalt Surface And The Tidying Up And Development Of The Area On Part Of Plot No. 1476, Located At Ul. Boulevard In Sokołów Podlaski. The Area Intended For The Investment Was Previously Used As A Skate Park. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Construction Of A Pump Track With An Asphalt Surface, Preparation And Tidying Up Of The Area Of The Former Skate Park, Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, Installation Of Benches, Installation Of Waste Bins, Installation Of A Board With The Regulations For Using The Facility, Lighting Of The Area And The Facility. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Demolition Of The Existing Substructure And Surface Of The Former Skate Park Along With The Removal Of Material; B) Preparation And Shaping Of The Area For The Pump Track, Including Construction Embankments, Obstacles, Slopes And Profiling Of The Track;C) Construction Of The Sub-Base And Asphalt Surface Of The Pumptrack Track;D) Construction Of A Recreation Area And Pedestrian Path Together With The Sub-Base And Asphalt Surface;E) Laying Of Recycled Concrete Edges, F) Construction Of Green Areas, Including Lawns And Turfing Of Slopes And Surfaces Inside The Track;G) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements - A Board With Regulations, Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks And Cameras; H) Lighting The Pumptrack Area; I) Carrying Out The Necessary Measurement Works And Surveying Services, Including An As-Built Inventory.
