Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Pavement Along The City Hall At Ul. Saint Peter In Legnica

1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Pavement Along The City Hall At Ul. Św. Piotra In Legnica. 1.2 The Scope Of Construction Works Includes Reconstruction Of The Surface Along The Legnica City Hall At Ul. Saint Piotr In The Form Of Construction Of Off-Road Parking Spaces And A Section Of A Pedestrian Road On Plots No. 396/2 And 1467 Rev. Old Town. For The Construction Works Performed, The Commune Obtained A Certificate Of Acceptance Of The Application And A Decision Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out At The Monument - Decision No. 491/2026 Of June 19, 2026 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Fencing Of The Work Area. 2) Demolition Of Existing Surfaces. 3) Construction Of Separate Off-Road Parking Spaces, Including A Place For Ozn. Installation Of Demarcation Posts. 4) Construction Of A Road Surface For Pedestrians. 5) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements - Bicycle Racks And Waste Bins. 6) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings, In Accordance With The Temporary And Target Traffic Organization. 1.4 During The Implementation Of Individual Elements Of The Road System, Before Commencing Works On A Given Section, The Contractor Is Obliged To Thoroughly Survey The Work Area, Check In The Field The Designed Elevations Of The Constructed Roads/Sidewalks And Their Locations. 1.5 The Land Development Of The Work Area May Differ From The Elements Presented In The Design Documentation, Therefore It Is Recommended To Conduct A Site Visit Before Starting The Works. 1.6 In The Case Of Demolition Or Surface Works Near Existing Underground Utilities, Work Should Be Carried Out With Particular Care. The Contractor Will Secure The Construction Site And Provide Temporary Protection For The Excavations. 1.7 The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards And In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law And Construction Practice.
