The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Adaptation And Finishing Works On The Ground Floor Of The Building (Left Wing), Covering An Area Of ​​Approx. 161.31 M². The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Following Works: - Preparatory, Security And Demolition Works, Including The Dismantling Of Existing Equipment And Finishing Elements, - Masonry And Construction Works, Including The Construction Of Partition Walls And Necessary Re-Building, - Execution Of Floor Layers And Floor Coverings, Including Plastic Carpets, - Execution Of Plasters, Plasters, Wall Coverings And Other Wall Finishing Elements, - Painting Works And Other Finishing Works, - Delivery And Installation Of Door Joinery And Accompanying Elements, - Execution Of Internal Electrical Installations, Including Lighting Installations, Electrical Equipment And Necessary Connections, - Execution Of Marking Of Rooms And Information Elements, - Other Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Scope Of Works Includes Comprehensive Preparation Of Rooms For The Implementation Of Diagnostic And Consulting Services, Including, Among Others: Rooms Intended For Specialists (Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Pediatrician), A Sensory Integration Room (Si), A Room For Experiencing The World, Rooms For The Diagnostic Team, Consultations With Parents, An Office/Registration Room And Common Spaces (Waiting Room, Corridor).
