Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Municipal Road In The Scope Of Construction Of A Bicycle Path With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure On The Lisków - Budy Liskowskie - Izerów Section

The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along With The Necessary Complementary Infrastructure, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform Works In Accordance With The Design. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Zrid Decision For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And The Construction Of A Bicycle Path With The Necessary Additional Infrastructure On The Lisków - Budy Liskowskie - Izerów Section. The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Project Cyclists-Friendly Kalisz County - Construction Of Bicycle Paths, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Functional And Utility Program) And Annex No. 7 (Designed Provisions Of The Contract). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision): A) Preparation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Detailed Schedule For The Implementation Of Design And Construction Works, B) Preliminary Design, Which Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract - The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Accept The Document Or Submit Any Comments Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Document, C) Obtain Documentation Geodetic And Cartographic (The Geodetic Base Necessary For The Study Is Secured By The Contractor), D) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits, Approvals And Decisions On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Obtaining All Arrangements, Permits, Derogations, Decisions, Etc. Documents Necessary To Develop And Then Agree On The Design Documentation Referred To In The Content Of The Fup, As Well As Decisions Necessary For The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Investment, Including The Use Permit (If Such A Decision Is Required), E) Carrying Out The Necessary Inventories (Including In-Situ Measurements, Necessary Outcrops, Checks, Laboratory Tests, Etc.), Of All Buildings And The Area Covered By The Investment Intention, In The Scope Necessary To Develop Complete Design Documentation And Further To Perform Construction Works, Supplies And Services Covered By The Contract (If The Contractor Finds That The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Is Insufficient For The Proper Implementation Of The Task), F) Obtaining The Conditions For Connecting Individual Network Operators To The Network Or Updating Them.
