A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Technical Design - Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Detailed Design - Constituting Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting The Annex No. 1C To The Swz;4) Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 1D To The Swz;5) Parts Of The Drawing Design Documentation - Constituting Annex No. 1E To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Does Not Determine The Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Should, On His Own, Verify And Determine Whether It Is Necessary To Perform Construction Works Other Than Those Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Whether The Given Quantities Are Correct. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Costs For Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Work Technology Specified In The Swz And The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
