The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Preparation And Implementation Of A Media Campaign Entitled Safe Pedestrians Of Małopolska, Aimed At Increasing Public Awareness Of Road Safety, Increasing Pedestrians Awareness Of Threats Occurring In Road Traffic, Promoting The Principles Of Safe Road Travel, Reducing The Number Of Dangerous Pedestrian Behaviors, Increasing Awareness Of The Rights And Obligations In The Relationship Between Pedestrians And Drivers, And Drivers And Pedestrians. The Campaign Should Include The Production Of Advertising Materials Intended For Broadcast On Social Media, Public Transport Media And Radio, As Well As Conducting A Campaign In These Media. The Entire Campaign Should Reach At Least 1 Million Recipients Aged 25-59 And Seniors 60+, Both Residents Of Małopolska And Visitors To The Region.2.Purpose Of Order Fulfillment. The Implementation Of The Project Will Involve The Preparation And Implementation Of A Social Campaign In Małopolska, Which Will Cover Road Safety Issues Related To The Age Group Of 25-59 Years And Seniors Aged 60+, And A Specific Group Of Road Users: Pedestrians. The Project Responds To The Growing Threats Related To The Participation Of Vulnerable Road Users In Accidents By Integrating Educational, Information And Promotional Activities Throughout The Region. It Answers The Main Issues In This Group Related To Insufficient Knowledge Of Road Traffic Regulations, Insufficient Knowledge Of Road Sharing Rules, And Risky Behavior In Road Traffic. The Problem Of Road Accidents In This Group Often Concerns Careless Entering The Road Directly In Front Of A Moving Vehicle, Crossing The Road In An Unauthorized Place, Walking On The Wrong Side Of The Road And Careless Entering The Road From Behind A Vehicle Or An Obstacle. The Ordering Party Thus Implements The Assumptions And Objectives Of The Regional Transport Plan For The Małopolska Voivodeship And The Provincial Road Safety Program For The Małopolska Voivodeship 2021-2030. The Campaign Must Take Into Account The Possibility Of Changing Regulations Relating To Pedestrians And The Relationship Between Pedestrians And Drivers By Emphasizing The Basic Principles Of Road Safety With The Possibility Of Changing Detailed Information Resulting From The Regulations, Which May Become Outdated During The Campaign.3.The Campaign Will Be Implemented In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, With Particular Emphasis On The Cities: • Kraków, • Tarnów, • Nowy Sącz.
