The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The Opole Philharmonic. Józef Elsner In Opole To The Needs Of People With Disabilities By Implementing Infrastructural Activities Eliminating Architectural And Communication Barriers. This Order Focuses On Leveling Access Barriers Located Within Communication Routes And Sanitary Rooms. The Contractors Task Will Be To Design And Perform The Necessary Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Order Documents, In Particular The Swz, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, The Supplementary Document To The Pfu And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), In Three Functional Areas Of The Building. The Investment Includes: 1. Modernization And Adaptation For The Needs Of People With Disabilities Of The Toilet Located On The First Floor, Including Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout, Enlargement Of Maneuvering Space, Adaptation Of The Entrance And Installation Of Fittings And Equipment Compliant With Accessibility Standards, So As To Ensure Comfortable And Safe Use Of Sanitary Rooms For People With Disabilities. 2. Construction Of Tactile Paths From Prefabricated Guiding And Warning Elements That Will Enable People With Visual Disabilities To Navigate Independently And Transparently Around The Facility. Guidance And Warning Elements Will Be Placed In Key Locations For Orientation In Space. 3. Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Platform For Wheelchairs, Enabling Overcoming Differences In Levels In Order To Ensure Free Access To All Floors Of The Building For People With Limited Mobility. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Order Documents, In Particular In The Swz With Annexes, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, The Supplementary Document To The Pfu And The Pfu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Resulting From These Documents. For The Purposes Of Preparing The Offer, Designing And Implementing The Works, The Following Interpretation Hierarchy Of Documents Is Adopted: 1) Tor And Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Regarding The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution, In Particular The Deadlines, Obligations Of The Parties, Approval Procedures, Acceptance, Liability And Settlements; 2) Supplementary Document To The Fup - In Terms Of Specifying The Material And Functional Scope, Required Results And Clearly Indicated Minimum Parameters; 3) Pfu - In The Scope Of Detailed Technical, Quality And Implementation Requirements Consistent With The Supplementary Document To The Pfu; 4) Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Supplementary Document To The Ffu And The Ffu, The Provisions Of The Supplementary Document To The Ffu Shall Prevail. In Case Of Other Interpretation Doubts, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Clarification Before Adopting The Design Or Implementation Solution.
