Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Psychiatric Day Care Center Building

1. Subject Of The Order: Expansion Of The Building Of The Psychiatric Day Care Center. The Project Is Implemented Under Project No. Fenx.06.01-Ip.03-0102/25 Entitled Expansion And Additional Equipment Of The Mental Health Center For Children And Adolescents At The Specialist Hospital Of The Holy Spirit In Sandomierz, Under Measure Fenx.06.01 Health Care System, Priority Fenx.06 Health Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027 (Feniks).2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Order Documents And In A Way That Ensures The Maintenance Of The Material Scope, Functions And Parameters Of The Works Covered By The Project. The Contractor Cannot Independently Introduce Changes That Change The Material Scope, Functionality, Technical Parameters, Method Of Use, Deadline Or Value Of The Works Without The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Party, If Such Consent Is Required By The Order Documents Or The Contract. If The Contractor Becomes Aware Of Any Circumstances That May Result In Non-Compliance Of The Works Being Carried Out With The Project Documentation, The Contractor Shall Immediately Inform The Ordering Party.3.The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Related To The Implementation Of The Feniks Project, Including The Obligations To Cooperate In Control And Audit, Submit Documents And Explanations, Monitor, Document And Settle The Project, Store Documentation, Introduce Changes And Perform Information Obligations, In The Scope Related To The Executed Order, Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.4.The Detailed Scope Of Work Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Attached Complete Technical And Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz Together With Annexes And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
