1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation In The Building Of The Public Primary School In Zakrzew, Branch School In Mleczkowo As Part Of The Task: Modernization Of Boiler Room Equipment In The Building Of The State Fire Service In Mleczkowo. 2) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Perform Disassembly Works Of Devices And Other Elements In The Existing Oil Boiler Room, B) Construct An Internal Gas Installation, C) Purchase And Install A Gas Boiler With A Closed Combustion Chamber, D) Mark All Cables And Other Elements Of The Installation, E) Carry Out The Required Tests And Examinations Of Devices And Installation Elements And Confirm With Protocols Qualifying For The Assembly Or Acceptance Of Given Devices Or Installations, F) Submit An Application On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For Registration Of Gas Boilers At The Office Of Technical Inspection, G) Taking Part In The Acceptance Of Gas Boilers, H) Commissioning And Commissioning Of Devices, I) Performing Any Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Gas Installation, J) Developing And Submitting As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party, K) Providing Full Service And Warranty Support For Devices And Installations Throughout The Warranty Period.
