The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of An Architectural Concept, A Functional And Utility Program With A Summary Of Costs And Obtaining A Valid Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment (Basic Order) And Obtaining A Valid Decision On Environmental Conditions (Optional Order) For The Implementation Of The Investment Project In The Public-Private Partnership (Ppp) Formula. Construction Of A Multi-Storey Parking Lot With A Separate Service Area And An Underground Floor As A Collective Security Facility At Ul. Grunwaldzka In Kielce, Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Multi-Storey Open Garage With A Service Zone And An Underground Floor Designed In A Way That Allows For The Organization Of A Place For Emergency Shelter, Along With The Necessary Technical And Communication Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul.
