Tenders Are Invited For Installation Of Energy Storage Units With Control Devices At Primary School No. 1 In Dzierżoniów And Primary School No. 5 In Dzierżoniów

1.1. The Ordering Party Will Entrust And The Contractor Will Accept The Task Entitled: Delivery And Installation Of Energy Storage Units With Control Devices At Primary School No. 1 In Dzierżoniów And Primary School No. 5 In Dzierżoniów, Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 1.2. The Detailed Scope, Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula, In Particular: 1) Development Of The Necessary Technical Documentation; 2) Selection Of Devices And Obtaining The Required Arrangements; 3) Delivery Of Energy Storage Facilities With Inverters, Energy Management System (Ems) And Control Devices; 4) Modernization Of Necessary Elements Of The Electrical Installation; 5) Integration Of Energy Storage With Existing Photovoltaic Installations; 6) Carrying Out Measurements, Tests, Commissioning And Reporting The Installation To The Distribution System Operator. 1.4. The Contractor Guarantees That All Delivered Devices Will Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Will Come From Current Production. 1.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: 1) Applicable Legal Provisions; 2) The Construction Law Act; 3) Energy Law Provisions; 4) Applicable Pn-En Or Equivalent Standards; 5) Requirements Of The Distribution System Operator And The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd); 6) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. 1.6. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, In Particular Transport, Unloading, Bringing In, Assembly, Configuration, Commissioning, Taking Measurements, Providing Documentation And Training The Ordering Partys Employees. 1.7. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular: 1) Technical Documentation; 2) Electrical Diagrams; 3) Measurement And Test Protocols; 4) Ce Declarations Of Conformity; 5) Equipment Catalog Cards; 6) Operating Instructions In Polish; 7) Warranty Documents; 8) Copies Of Notifications And Documents Submitted To The Dso. 1.8. The Contractor Guarantees That The Devices Used Have All The Required Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Approvals For Use In The Republic Of Poland And The European Union. 1.9. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Of Materials And Devices Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 11 To Swz) And Applicable Technical And Safety Regulations.1.10. Contractors Obligations: 1) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence And In Accordance With The Opz And Applicable Reg
