The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Prepared In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311) For The Project Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Public Road No. 200025G Śliwiny Waćmierek In The Scope Of Construction Of A Sidewalk And Drainage Of The Road In Śliwiny From Street Głowackiego To The Slab Road Towards Waćmierek. The Subject Of The Study Is The Reconstruction Of The Road In The Town Of Śliwiny In The Scope Of Construction Of A Sidewalk, Tczew Commune, Within The Boundaries Of Plot No. 69, 82/15, 84, 89, 91/13 And The Construction Of Road Drainage, In Accordance With The Attached Drawing Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Project Will Require Adapting The Road Parameters To The Existing Infrastructure. The Planned Investment Will Consist In The Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes In An Area With Dense Residential Development. The Designer Must Include In The Valuation Solutions For Managing Water From The Investment Area. The Width Of The Sidewalk Should Be Adapted To The Width Of The Plots And The Existing Infrastructure. The Ordering Party Additionally Stipulates That The Valuation Should Include Possible Costs Of Preparing Documentation In The Event Of The Need To Prepare Industry-Specific Documentation Related To The Need To Rebuild Underground Utilities. The Designers Duties Will Include Submitting The Road Route Concept To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 40 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Along With Providing Its Estimated Value. Additionally, If It Is Necessary To Carry Out The Investment In Stages, The Designer Should Include In The Price The Need To Divide The Scope Of The Investment For The Purposes Of Conducting A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. 1.1 The Ordered Design Documentation Includes The Following Design Studies, Which Are The Subject Of The Order: 1) A Map On A Scale Of At Least 1:5000 Showing The Proposed Route Of The Road, Marking The Area Necessary For Construction Works, And The Existing Infrastructure, 2) Analysis Of The Connection Of The Road With Other Public Roads, 3) Maps Containing Real Estate Division Projects, Prepared In Accordance With Separate Regulations: A) Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof That Are Planned To Be Taken Over By The State Treasury Or A Local Government Unit, B) Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof, The Use Of Which Will Be Limited, 4) Identification Of Changes In The Existing Land Development Infrastructure, 5) Plot Or Area Development Plan And Architectural And Construction Design Together With The Certificate Referred To In Art. 12 Section 7 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), Current As Of The Date Of Preparation Of The Project,
