The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Execution, Delivery, Assembly, Configuration, Integration And Launch Of A Video Monitoring System In The City Of Szczecinek, As Part Of The Task Titled: Safe Szczecinek - An Intelligent System For Protecting Education And Communication Zones Based On Ai.1) Construction And Launch Of Four Complete Video Monitoring Points; 2) Implementation Of Power Supply Systems For Monitoring Points; 3) Construction Of Power Supply, Transmission, Control And Protection Installations; 4) Installation And Configuration Of Camera Devices And Data Transmission Devices; 5) Integration Of New Devices With The City Video Monitoring System; 6) Modernization Of The Central Part Of The Monitoring System, Including Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Recording Devices, Network Devices, Emergency Power Supply And Management Platform; 7) Migration Of Data, Accounts, Settings And Configurations To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System; 8) Configuration Of Software, Licenses, Registration, Retention, Accounts, Roles And Permissions; 9) Conducting Functional And Technical Tests; 10) Conducting Training For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party; 11) Providing As-Built Documentation, Licenses, Access Data, Instructions, Protocols And Information Necessary For The Operation, Administration And Servicing Of The System; 12) Providing A Complete, Efficient, Safe And Ready-To-Use Video Monitoring System. 2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Devices, Materials, Licenses, Accessories, Cabling, Protection, Assembly Elements, Configurations And Technical Activities Necessary To Obtain A Complete, Efficient And Ready-For-Use System, Resulting From The Technical Solution Adopted By The Contractor.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Place Dedicated Information Boards On The Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Order And On Devices Purchased Or Installed As Part Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Arising From The Co-Financing Agreement And The Guidelines Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Task Called Safe Szczecinek - An Intelligent System For Protecting Education And Communication Zones Based On Ai Is Co-Financed By The Government Program For Reducing Crime And Anti-Social Behavior Safer Together.
