The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of An Architectural Concept, A Functional And Utility Program With A Summary Of Costs And Obtaining A Final Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment (Basic Order) And Obtaining A Valid Decision On Environmental Conditions (Optional Order) For The Implementation Of The Investment Project In The Public-Private Partnership (Ppp) Formula. Construction Of A Multi-Story Parking Lot With A Service Zone And An Underground Floor As A Collective Security Facility At Ul. Kamińskiego In Kielce, Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Multi-Story Open Garage With A Service Zone And An Underground Floor Designed In A Way That Allows For The Organization Of A Place For Emergency Shelter, Along With The Necessary Technical And Communication Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Kamiński, In The Vicinity Of The Botanical Garden And The Świętokrzyskie Oncology Center In Kielce. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Observing The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Constituting The Execution Of Part Of The Basic Order Referred To In §2 Section 1 Point 1) In Connection With §3 Section 1 Points 1)-3) Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And Its Implementation Is Tantamount To Submitting The Development Of The Architectural Concept, Functional And Utility Program With A Collective Summary Of The Costs Of Design Works And Planned Costs Of Construction Works To The Ordering Party For Acceptance In Accordance With The Design Work Schedule; 2) Stage Ii - Constituting The Execution Of The Optional Order Referred To In §2 Section 1 Point 2) In Connection With §3 Section 2 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) - If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right Referred To In §6 Section 1 Et Seq.
