Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of An Administrative And Office Building For The Road Administration In Dąbrowa Tarnowska

As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Complete Design Of A Two-Story Administrative And Office Building, Including Media Connections And Internal Installations To The Extent That Will Allow Staff To Move From The Current Buildings After Its Construction. The Designed Administration And Office Building Will Be Located On Plot No. 458/6, Ruda District. The Design Documentation Should Include The Demolition Of Existing Buildings, Which Will Take Place Only After The Construction Of A New Building (In Accordance With Annex 5) And The Disconnection Of Existing Installations. The Design Documentation Should Also Include The Development Of The Area Around The Newly Constructed Building, I.E. Communication Routes, Parking Spaces, Low Greenery Elements. The Designed Administration And Office Building Must Meet The Requirements Dictated By The Applicable Legal Regulations For Locating 11 Office Workers And 14 Manual Workers. The Design Study Of The Administration And Office Building Should Take Into Account The Following Elements: Preferred Layout Of Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Building: Two-Car Garage, Boiler Room, Archive, Cloakroom For Manual Workers, Social Room For Manual Workers, Toilet For Blue-Collar Workers, Staircase, Elevator Shaft Preferred Layout Of Rooms Floor Of The Building: Server Room, Conference Room, Directors Office, Office Rooms, Social Room For Office Workers, Wc For Office Workers, Elevator Shaft, Staircase Connection Of External Media To The Building, I.E. Electricity Connections, Connections Gas, Water And Sewage Connection And Telecommunication Connection, Design Of Complete Internal Installations In The Building, I.E.: Water And Sewage Installation With White Assembly, Central Heating Installation With The Selection Of A Gas Central Heating Furnace, Electrical Installation With Sockets And Complete Internal Lighting, Gas Installation, Photovoltaic Installation, Fire Protection And Anti-Burglary Installation Lan Network, Mechanical Ventilation, Complete Internal And External Joinery, Wall And Floor Coverings,
