Part A: Delivery Of Office Furniture1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Office Furniture, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Furniture Or Subject Of The Order. 2) The Furniture Offered Must Be Brand New, Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025), Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Republic Of Poland. 3) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Furniture Along With Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Furniture, Taking Into Account Their Adaptation To The Rooms In Which They Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. The Assembly Will Consist In Particular In Setting Or Leveling Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Agreement.4) Order Completion Date: Up To 41 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.5) Required Minimum Warranty Period: 24 Months
