1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New (Manufactured In Min. 2025), Bearing No Traces Of Use, Complete, Free From Defects, Including Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Ready And Suitable For Use Of A Backhoe Loader With Accessories. The Order Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026, Under Area 2: Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies; Section: Supplementing Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Olioc Tasks. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Scope And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annexes To The Specification Of Terms Of Order.3. The Offered Backhoe Loader Must Have The Necessary Equipment, Including Signaling Devices And Lighting Enabling Safe Movement On Public Roads And Complying With Current Legal Regulations. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Ce Standards. The Vehicle Must Be Technically Sound And Have An Approval Certificate. 4. The Contractor Will Ensure Commissioning, Checking And Instructing At Least Two Operators Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Construction And Operation Of The Backhoe Loader.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered With The Following Documents: 1) Warranty Card In Polish, 2) Technical Documentation Together With The Operating Manual And Spare Parts Catalog In Polish, 3) Required Certificates And Declarations, As Well As All Necessary Documents Confirming That The Vehicle Meets Technical And Safety Standards, Thanks To Which It Has Been Approved For Use And Road Traffic. 6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Covered By A Warranty Of At Least 36 Months Or Min. 3000 Mth.
