The Units Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Material And Construction Defects, Of An Appropriate Standard, Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, Should Have All Legally Required Certificates Or Equivalent Documents, Should Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties Or Liabilities To The State Treasury For Their Import Into The Polish Customs Territory.3.
