The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation, Transport, Delivery And Serving Of Hot Lunch Meals For Students Receiving Additional Meals In Primary Schools Run By The Zabłudów Commune, I.E. The Primary School In Dobrzyniówka, The Primary School In Rafałówka And The Primary School In Białystok.2) The Service Includes The Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Rules Rational Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents And Their Delivery To The Indicated Schools Using The Contractors Own Transport, Meeting Sanitary Requirements.3) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Nutritious, Hot Lunch Meals In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; B) Delivery Of Meals To Schools On Dates And Times Agreed With The Ordering Party, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Conditions And The Required Food Temperature; C) Providing Transport Approved For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Rules Of The System Haccp;D) Delivering Meals In Disposable Packaging Intended For Contact With Food Together With A Set Of Disposable Cutlery;E) Collecting And Managing Used Disposable Packaging And Waste Generated After Eating Meals, In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations;F) Preparing Meals From Fresh, High-Quality, High-Quality Products With Current Expiration Dates And Coming From Legal Sources;G) Preparing And Delivering Meals In Accordance With Legal Regulations Applicable During The Order Execution Period, In Particular In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 197), In Force From September 1, 2026, And With The Current Nutritional Standards For The Population English.H) Menus And Meals Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Regulations Referred To Above, In Particular In Terms Of The Quality And Type Of Food Products Used, The Frequency Of Their Appearance In The Menu And The Principles Of Proper Balancing Of Meals.I) In The Event Of Changes To The Regulations On Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents During The Period Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Method Of Providing The Service To The Regulations In Force In A Given Period.J) Preparing Meals Taking Into Account Elimination Diets And Other Diets Resulting From The Individual Health Needs Of Students, Reported By The Ordering Party;K) Preparing Menus In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party;L) Keeping Documentation Related To The Provision Of The Service, Including Records Of Meals Delivered And Documentation Required By Law.2.
