The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Displayed Or Tested, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Meet All The Requirements Necessary For Admission To Road Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Vehicle Together With The Adaptation Must Have A Set Of Documents Required By Law, Enabling Its Registration And Use For Its Intended Purpose As A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Disabled People.
