3.1.The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of Propane Gas - Pn - C- 96008:1998 - To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In An Amount Of Up To 95,000 Liters In The Heating Season 2026/2027.3.2.The Quantity Given Above Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes In The Presented Assortment According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party - The Minimum Guaranteed Order Quantity Is: Propane Gas - 50,000 Liters. 3.3.Place Of Gas Supply: School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center. Macieja Rataj, Mieczysławów 2, 99-314 Krzyżanów. Planned Gas Consumption During The Heating Period - 95,000 Liters.3.4.Deliveries Will Take Place On Business Days, At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party (Preferred Delivery Hours: 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.), After Prior Notification Of The Planned Delivery, By Transport Provided By The Contractor, At His Expense And Risk, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3.5.The Gas Supply Must Be Provided To Three Tanks With A Capacity Of 6,400 Liters And One Tank With A Capacity Of 2,700 Liters, Depending On The Order Placed - Successive Deliveries Will Be Carried Out By The Delivery Of Propane Gas Based On Individual Orders/Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party, In Quantities Not Less Than: 1,800 Liters - 1 Tank And/Or 3 Tanks Of 4,000 Liters Each. 3.6.The Power Of The Boiler Room Is: 430 Kw And 28 Kw.3.7.The Gas Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In Pn-C-96008: 1998 (Or Equivalent), I.E.: Hydrocarbon Content % (M/M) - C3 Not Less Than 90, 3.8.Number And Capacity Of Gas Tanks: 1) At The Building Of The Agricultural Mechanization Laboratory - 1 Tank With A Capacity Of 2,700 Liters, 2) At The Dormitory Building - 3 Tanks With A Capacity Of 6,400 Liters Each.3.9.The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Using Road Tankers Equipped With Pumps With Certified Flow Meters, A Certified Gas Flow Meter, A Suction-Pressure Pump, And A Flexible Refueling Hose Of A Length Enabling Free Pumping Of Gas Into The Tank.3.10.The Supplied Gas Must Have Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Pn-C-96008:1998 Standard (Or Equivalent) And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of April 14, 2016 On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg) (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 540). 3/11.To Confirm The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Submits To The Ordering Party A Declaration/Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Gas Parameters, Unless The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of A Declaration/Certificate/Quality Certificate. 3/12.Completion Of All Formalities And Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 3/13.The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Exempt From Excise Duty On The Supplied Gas. 3.14.Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 09122100-1 Propane 3.15.The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The S
