Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer Equipment And Software For The Needs Of The Commune Office And The Social Welfare Center In Chodel Implemented As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project.

4.1. Part 1 - Chodel Commune Officethe Subject Of Task 1 Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Implementation, Commissioning And Testing Of Equipment In Accordance With The Scope Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Chodel Commune Office. Task 1 Includes In Particular The Delivery And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment:• Server - 1 Pc., • Nas Server - 1 Pc.4.1.1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Install The Devices In A Rack Cabinet Or Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Make The Necessary Power And Logical Connections, 3) Provide And Use The Cabling Required To Run The Delivered Devices, 4) Activate The Devices And Verify Their Correct Operation, 5) Update The Firmware And Software Of The Devices To Versions Current On The Implementation Date, 6) Configure Basic Network Parameters And Administrative Access. 4.1.2. In Terms Of Server Infrastructure, The Contractor Will: 1) Prepare And Launch A Virtualization Environment Based On A Hypervisor Solution, Installed Directly On Physical Hardware (Bare-Metal), Enabling At Least: A) Creation And Launch Of Virtual Machines, B) Management Of The Environment From The Web Interface, C) Support For Local And Network Data Storages, D) Taking Snapshots Of Virtual Machines, E) Backup And Recovery Of Virtual Machines, F) Support For Vlan Networks, G) Creation Of Network And Virtual Bridges Network Interfaces, H) Support For Environments Based On Linux Systems And Operating Systems Offered With The Servers That Are The Subject Of The Order, I) Management Of Users And Administrative Roles, 2) Will Create And Configure Virtual Machines Required To Run The Ordering Partys Systems (10 Machines), 3) Will Configure Basic Network, Mass Storage And Administrative Access Parameters For The Virtual Environment, 4) Will Integrate The Implemented Systems With The Ordering Partys Infrastructure To The Extent Required By The Ordering Party. 5) Will Configure The Primary And Backup Domain Controller On Virtual Machines (Ad Ds, Dns Server, Print And Document Services, Add Users, Configure Gpo,6) Will Install The With Secure Antivirus Software With The Necessary Keys Recommended By Microsoft To Prevent Loss Of Performance, - Licenses For Witch Secure Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party7) Will Configure Communication With The Ups Owned By The Ordering Party In A Way That Enables Safe Shutdown Of The System In The Event Of A Longer Power Failure, Including Setting The Necessary Notifications8) Will Add The Nas Server To The Appropriate Segment/Vlan And Configure It In Accordance With The Adopted Addressing (Ip, Gateway, Dns, Ntp) And Access Rules In Utm Policies.9) Create A Memory Pool And Volume(S) On The Nas Server (Raid/Shr As Agreed With The Ordering Party), And Then Configure Shares/File Services (Smb/Nfs) With Permissions (Groups/Users) In Accordance With The Principle Of Minimum Rights.10) Will Conduct A 4-Hour Training Fo
