The Nursing Home Was Built In 1984. The Main Support System Consists Of Cast-In-Place Concrete In Addition To Wooden Trusses As The Roof Structure. The Facade Mainly Consists Of Brick. The Nursing Home Is Connected To Care Homes That Are Close By By A Footbridge. The Footbridge Must Be Demolished And The Facade Of The Care Home Must Be Sealed Immediately After The Footbridge Has Been Demolished To Prevent Moisture Ingress Etc. It Is A Building Including The Footbridge That Must Be Demolished. Please Note That The Mal Report From Tender Inspection Is Attached As It Contains Information That Is Informative For The Tenderers.
