Tenders are invited for Final Evaluation of Integrated Nutrition, Health, WASH and Food Security Emergency Response Project DRC Emergency Nutrition and Nutrition Security Response across 10 Provinces of Drc Description: External final evaluation consultancy to assess the performance, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, sustainability, impact, quality of implementation, beneficiary satisfaction, coordination, and integration of cross-cutting themes of a multisectoral humanitarian project implemented by Action Against Hunger (ACF), Solidarités International (SI), and GRAINES in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), covering nutrition, health, WASH, and food security interventions for vulnerable populations, particularly children under five, IDPs, host communities, and returnees.
