The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery, Provision And Implementation Of A Laboratory Diagnostic Device And Reagent Concept For Immunohematology In The Laboratory Medicine Department Of Labor Berlin - Charité Vivantes Gmbh And Labor Berlin - Charité Vivantes Services Gmbh. The Contractor Must Provide The Client With Automated And Manual Device Systems For Various Laboratory Locations, Including The Necessary Device Peripherals For Processing Immunohematological Examinations. The Service Includes In Particular Delivery, Set-Up, Installation, Commissioning, Interface Connection, Maintenance, Servicing, Repairs, If Necessary Implementation Within The Contract Term And The Collection Of The Device Systems After The End Of The Framework Agreement. The Equipment Is Location-Specific, Needs-Oriented, Labor-Saving And Can Be Adapted To The Clients Respective Spatial Conditions. The Systems To Be Provided Are Used In Particular To Carry Out Immunohematological Examinations Based On Column Agglutination. The Scope Of Services Includes, Among Other Things, The Necessary Device Systems, Manual Workstations, Control, Data Acquisition And Evaluation Software, Any Necessary Middleware, Interfaces To The Respective Laboratory Information System And Blood Bank Software As Well As All Reagents, Consumables, Control And Calibration Materials Required For The Diagnosis, Washing Solutions, Other Solutions As Well As Basic Wear And Spare Parts. The Framework Agreement Contains An Upper Limit/Maximum Limit For Calls Of €4,336,297.00 (Net). There Is No Obligation On The Part Of The Client To Purchase Certain Minimum Quantities.
