The Project Includes Revitalization And Adaptation To New Functions Of The Historic Building Formerly Known As The Sheet Metal Rolling Mill Hall, Revitalization Of The Buildings Surroundings, Including Clearing Debris And Leveling The Area, Disposal Of Hazardous And Environmentally Harmful Materials Discovered During Earthworks And Construction Works, Implementation Of New Internal Road Infrastructure With Parking Lots And Pedestrian Infrastructure (Promenade Areas, Squares), And Implementation Of New Blue And Green Infrastructure.
