The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Waste Classified Under The Code 20 01 10 - Clothing In The Amount Of 840 Mg And 20 01 11 - Textiles In The Amount Of 200 Mg, Separately Collected. However, Not Less Than 200 Mg Of Waste Classified With Code 20 01 10 And Not Less Than 50 Mg Of Waste Classified With Code 20 01 11 (Minimum Benefit) B) Waste Occurs In Bulk. 3. Waste Collection: 1) The Transfer And Collection Of Waste Will Take Place Only On The Basis And In Accordance With The Written [Form Under Pain Of Invalidity] Individual Orders Of The Ordering Party Addressed To The Contractor And Delivered To Him By E-Mail, Specifying The Amount Of Waste And The Date By Which The Ordering Party Expects Their Collection. 2) The Ordering Party Will Place Individual Orders When The Amount Of Waste Collected By Him To Be Collected In One Day Is At Least 10 Mg, 3) The Contractor Will Collect The Waste While Maintaining The Following Technical Infrastructure Requirements At The Ordering Partys Plant: A) The Gross Weight Of A Single Vehicle Entering The Ordering Partys Plant (Empty Vehicle For Loading) Cannot Exceed 18 Tons, B) The Distances Between The Extreme Axles Of A Single Vehicle Cannot Exceed The Length Of 16 Meters, And The Length Of The Vehicle Does Not Exceed 18 M C) Bulk Waste Is Loaded Via A Conveyor Belt - Upwards Through A Semi-Trailer (A Moving Floor Is Preferred) Or Using A Loader With A Long Boom. D) After Weighing The Vehicle Loaded With Waste, The Ordering Party Will Issue A Waste Transfer Card In The Bdo System. E) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Confirming, By The Operator Of The Installation Where The Recovery Process Will Be Carried Out, The Weight And Type Of Waste Specified In Each Waste Transfer Card Issued By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Waste Act. 4) If The Shipment Of Waste Is International, Documents Specified In Regulation (Ec) No. 1013/2006 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 14, 2006 Will Be Prepared.
