The Scope Of The Services To Be Managed Will Include: A) The Offer Of Activities And Fitness And Health Services And B) The Use And Management Of The Spaces Directly Affected By The Exploitation, The Carrying Out Of Conditioning Works And Necessary Technical Installations, As Well As Their Conservation. ---------------------------- Exploitation Will Be Carried Out Through The Assumption Of Operational Risk By The Winning Entity.
