Household-Refuse Disposal Services – Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Lysomice Municipality. The Provisions Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Public Procurement Law, And In Matters Not Regulated By This Act, The Provisions Of The Civil Code, Apply To The Award Of The Contract. Due To The Value Of The Contract Exceeding The Eu Threshold For Services, The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 132 Of The Public Procurement Law. Pursuant To Art. 139 Points 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. Pursuant To Art. 126 Points 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Before Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest To Submit, Within A Specified Period Of Time, Not Less Than 10 Days, Subjective Evidence Valid On The Date Of Submission. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Łysomice Commune And Equipping These Properties With Containers And Bags For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Titled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 9 To The Swz Entitled Characteristics Of The Lysomice Municipality. The Offer Price Must Be Complete, Unambiguous And Final. The Contractor Calculates The Price Based On The Specification Of The Order Conditions With Attachments. The Offer Valuation Should Include All Necessary Elements And Expected Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Task. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Examining With Due Care The Subject Matter Of The Contract And For Obtaining Information In Relation To Each And Every Condition And Obligation That May In Any Way Affect The Value Or Nature Of The Offer Or The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract. It Is Deemed That Submitting An Offer Means That The Contractors Are Familiar With All Relevant Acts And Other Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Which May In Any Way Affect Or Concern The Activities And Activities Covered By The Offer And The Resulting Public Procurement Contract.
