Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – Delivery Of A Used Sewage Cleaning Vehicle And Purchase Of A Used Vehicle. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Used Vehicle For Cleaning Sewage Systems And The Sale Of A Vehicle With The Same Function Used By The Ordering Party Since 2016. 2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Supplier. 3. As Part Of The Order, The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver, Launch And Test Drive The Vehicle Delivered As A Result Of These Proceedings, With Parameters Consistent With The Offer Submitted In These Proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Vehicle Be Complete And Ready For Operation, Without Any Additional Purchases Or Investments. 5. The Ordering Party Declares That The Vehicle Sold Is Complete And Ready For Operation, And Its Technical Condition Shows Normal Traces Of Use In Accordance With The Vehicles Year Of Use, And Guarantees That The Vehicle Has The Legally Required Documents Allowing It To Be Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law. 6. The Supplier Guarantees That The Delivered Vehicle Has The Legally Required Documents Allowing It To Be Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law. 7. The Parties Undertake To Train The Parties Staff In The Use Of Vehicles. 8. The Offered Subject Of The Order To Be Delivered Should Meet The Legal And Technical Requirements Contained In The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In: A) The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law, B) In The Provisions Regarding The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, C) If Applicable - It Should Have A Valid Approval Of The Completed Vehicle, In Accordance With Applicable Law. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Following To Be Delivered With The Vehicle No Later Than On The Day Of Collection: - User Manuals For The Chassis And Bodywork, In Polish, - Service Books For The Chassis And Bodywork With Service And Repair History, - At Least Two Sets Of Keys Enabling Opening And Starting The Vehicle, - All Necessary Documents Meeting The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Law, The Road Transport Act And Related Acts, Enabling Vehicle Registration, Including A Current Technical Examination, Registration Certificate, Third Party Liability Insurance.
