Stanisława Drabika 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, On Plot No. 1/90, Precinct 0026 Wojszyce, Ar_8, Implemented On The Basis Of The Building Permit Decision No. 1600/2025 Of July 25, 2025, Reference Number: Waz-B3.6740.181.2025 R., Together With Land Development, Accompanying Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Settlement On The Terms Described In The Agreement. 3.2. The Required Scope Of Investment Includes: Execution Of Full-Discipline Construction Works Covered By Construction Design Documentation, Technical And Executive Design As Well As Detail Drawings For The Investment For Which The Ordering Party Has Obtained The Final Decision On The Construction Permit, Which Includes In Particular The Following Works And Works: 3.2.1. Construction Of Eight Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Ground Floor Services, Two Above-Ground Garages, Accompanying Infrastructure, Internal Roads, Parking Lots, Accesses, Installations And Networks; Buildings Finished In The Manner Indicated In The Design Documentation, Apartments And Commercial Premises Intended For Rent, 3.2.2. Implementation Of Land Development, Including Cutting Down Trees And Bushes And Compensatory Plantings And Maintaining Their Viability During The Period Indicated In The Opz. 3.2.3. Construction And Possible Reconstruction Of Networks And Connections Within The Investment Field, And To The Necessary Extent Beyond The Investment Field In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 3.2.4. Obtaining A Final Decision On The Use Permit For All Buildings And Structures Of The Investment Field Covered By The Order 3.2.5. Settlement Together With The Ordering Party In The Scope Indicated In Volume Ii Of The Swz 3.3.
