The Contractors Scope Of Services Extends To The Planning And Execution Of The Expansion Of The Existing 110 Kv System From Currently Two To Eight Double Busbar Fields In Open-Air Design In The Future. The Measure Also Includes The Installation Of A 110 Kv Grounding Coil (E-Coil), The Relocation Of A 110/20 Kv Transformer, The Construction Of New Oil Collecting Trays And The Creation Of A Temporary Structure To Ensure System Operation During The Construction Phase. The Existing Substation Has Two 110/20 Kv Transformers With An Output Of 40 Mva Each. These Are Supplied In Block Operation Via Two 110 Kv Overhead Lines From The Neighboring Rottweil Substation Of Netze Bw. As Part Of The Expansion, The 110 Kv Switchgear Will Be Expanded To A Total Of Eight Double Busbar Panels. Two Feeder Fields Are Planned For The 110 Kv Overhead Lines, Two Transformer Fields, Three Cable Outlet Fields And A Cross Coupling. A Cable Outlet Field Serves As A Reserve. For Now, Only The Foundations Are Being Built. In Addition, A 110 Kv Ground Fault Extinguishing Coil In A Plunger Core Design Is Installed, Which Is Switchably Connected To The Center Of The Transformer. One Of The Two 110/20 Kv Transformers Will Be Moved To A New Transformer Foundation. Two New Oil Collecting Troughs Will Be Built For The Earth Fault Extinguishing Coil And The New Transformer Location. The Transformer 121 Is Moved To The Collecting Pan In Field =E8. To Maintain Plant Operation During The Construction Period, The Two 110/20 Kv Transformers Will Be Connected To The Overhead Line Portals Via Temporary 110 Kv Construction Replacement Cables. The Protection And Control Technology For The 110 Kv System Is Provided On Site. The Required Secondary Cables Must Be Drawn Into The Technical Room Via A Newly Constructed Empty Pipe Route And Connected On Both Sides. In Addition, The Low-Voltage Transformer Cables Will Be Re-Laid While The Existing Transformer Cables Will Be Dismantled.
