Refuse Collection Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Głuchołazy Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Głuchołazy Commune Originating From Inhabited Properties And From Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, 2) Equipping The Above-Mentioned Real Estate With Containers And/Or Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, 3) Establishing, Organizing And Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Called Pszok) And Managing Municipal Waste Collected From The Inhabitants Of The Głuchołazy Commune As Part Of Pszok, 4) Equipping The Customer Service Point (Pok), Located At The Municipal Office In Głuchołazy, With The Necessary Bags For Collecting Waste And Colored Leaflets With A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). In The Opz, The Ordering Party Indicated The Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste That May Be Generated During One Year Of The Contract. The Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste That May Be Generated And Collected From The Głuchołazy Commune Was Calculated Based On The Amount Of Municipal Waste Collected In The Period From January 1, 2025. Until December 31, 2025 Taking Into Account The Forecast Growth. This Estimate Is Indicative Only. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In The Event Of A Smaller Amount Of Municipal Waste Collected Than Assumed In The Estimate. The Final Amount Of Waste Does Not Depend On The Ordering Partys Forecasts. The Ordering Party Expects The Minimum Service To Be Provided In The Amount Of At Least 70% Of The Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste.
