The Order Includes The Preparation Of An Inventory Of The European Beaver Castor Fiber And The Otter Lutra Lutra In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship And The Preparation Of A Report (Documentation) From This Inventory, In Particular: 1) Analysis Of Available Source Materials And Archival Data, Including Data Provided By The Ordering Party, Originating From The Documentation Of Protection Plans And Plans Of Protective Tasks For Natura 2000 Areas And Other Nature Studies And Inventories, 2) Developing A Methodology For Conducting Field Research, 3) Conducting A Field Inventory In Two Research Seasons, 4) Assessing The Distribution And Population Size Of Both Species, 5) Assessing The Quality And Conservation Status Of Habitats, 6) Identifying Ecological Corridors, 7) Identifying Threats And Conflicts Related To The Occurrence Of Species, 8) Assessing The Importance Of The European Beavers Activity For Water Retention, Including The Impact Of Dams And Beaver Pools On Local Water Relations, 9) Developing Spatial Analyzes In The Gis Environment, 10) Preparation Of An Interim Report And A Final Report Along With Photographic Documentation And Databases. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 3. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights To The Completed Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Contractual Conditions Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Any Activities Within The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order That Require The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.
