Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Kopú Sýrovice. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Sýrovice, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Specified For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Cadastre Of Real Estate (Cadastral Decree), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cadastral Decree). The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown That Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Implementing Land Improvements And The Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Sýrovice, Outside The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality, Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area. The Estimated Size Of The Area Under Consideration Is 370 Ha In The Cadastral Area (Hereafter Referred To As C. Ú.).
